Sedation, studied Oral Sedation Dentistry by Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

How long is the appointment?  You and Dr. Boldish determine how long an appointment is best for you based on your dental needs and personal preferences. Step-by-step guide to sedation dentistry appointment

In order to determine if you are a candidate for sedation dentistry, we conduct a physical exam that consists of monitoring vital signs and reviewing a detailed health history with you.

Medication is prescribed for you and you are instructed how to take it.  A driver must bring you to the appointment and take you home, as you may be sleepy.

When you arrive, we assure your comfort and safety. In the treatment room, you'll be covered with a cozy blanket. Your vital signs will be continually monitored.  When you are completely relaxed and ready to begin treatment, your oral sedation dental experience will begin.

Once treatment is completed, your driver will take you home to relax for the rest of the day.  You will have little or no memory of you dental appointmen.

Significant dental care, which previously required many appointments, can now be performed in a single visit while you are in a calm relaxed state.
